You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.
The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, complete, and in resalable condition.
Products that have been assembled, damaged, or pose a hygiene risk cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted for custom orders or personalised products.

Once the returned product reaches us, its condition will be checked.
For eligible returns, the refund will be processed within 7 business days according to your payment method.
For credit card payments, the time it takes for the refund amount to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank.
🚚 Shipping and Return Fees
